**April’s veteran’s monthly coffee at Shawnee Hills, attendees included two 100 Years young World War II vets** – **next coffee Friday April 18, 2025 at 10:00AM.** **Let’s see if we can get more of the Legion folks to attend.**

Once the brick has arrived we will notify you. A location has yet to be determined on where the bricks will be displayed.
Bricks are 4” x 8” at a cost of $40.00. Engraving will be in capital letters. Adding of a military emblem is an additional cost of $5.00. The brick and military emblems can be seen at https://www.bricksrus.com/fundraising/logo-brick

We have received our first shipment of bricks for the American Legion Post 327 “Buy a Brick” campaign to commemorate veteran(s). As weather permits the work will begin on placement of the bricks under our flagpole. A dedication ceremony will be scheduled, look back here for that update.

Join us for our next monthly veteran’s coffee at the Shawnee Hills Senior Living facility. Scheduled for July 18 at 10:00 AM.

Here is a photo of the great conversation and visit between the Post 327 team and veterans living there. We had a large group of veteran residents and Post 327 members present.
